重症急性胰腺炎手术并发症的预防和处理

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎存活率与手术并发症密切相关，所以预防和降低手术并发症至关重要。降低手术并发症须从非手术治疗措施与外科手术技巧2个层面进行干预，一是早期及时预防；二是术中、术后准确处理。
