摘要 谷氨酰胺(Gln)是动物血浆中含量丰富的自由氨基酸,本文对近年来谷氨酰胺的代谢和功能的研究进展进行了综述。 Glutamine （Gln） is a free amino acid which is rich in animal plasma.This article reviewed the research progress on metabolism and functions of glutamine in recent years.
