凸轮升程转换通用数学模型与试验研究 被引量:2

A universal mathematical model and its experimental research on cam lift conversion

摘要 针对凸轮升程测量量具及方法不统一而造成升程转换困难及转换误差较大等问题,在研究凸轮升程各种测量方法数学模型的基础上,提出一个不同形式推杆升程相互转换的通用数学模型。采用最小二乘多项式法对原始升程进行预光顺和导数求解,降低了该模型的转换误差。通过试验对比,表明基于最小二乘法的凸轮升程通用转换模型满足实际加工精度要求,验证了模型的正确性。 As the measurement and measuring methods of cam lift are not uniform, lift conversion difficulties and errors are caused. On the basis of the mathematical models got by different measuring methods, a complete universal mathematical model was put forward by which different tappets lifts can be converted from one to another. In this model, the least square method was used for derivation and curve smoothing and the conversion errors were decreased. Then a series of experiments were accomplished to verify the correctness of this mathematical model and the results show that the cam lift universal conversion model based on the least square method totally meets the precision requirements of actual machining.
