摘要
目的对初步研制出的新型热压铸入型玻璃陶瓷材料进行结构分析和性能测试。方法经组分筛选,合成SiO2-Al2O3-K2O-NaO2系玻璃陶瓷,应用差热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对材料进行分析和观察。结果材料的析晶温度为1080℃,在材料的非晶基体内析出KAlSi2O6微晶,其分布不均匀,有聚集趋向,但析出相与基体界面结合牢固,其抗压强度为420MPa,抗折强度为102MPa。结论新型玻璃陶瓷材料具有开发和应用前景,其亟待解决的问题是改善热处理方式,提高机械强度。
Objective To form a new type of heat- pressed glass ceramic material and analyse its structure and test itsproperties. Methods After three different kinds of heating conditions, thenew ceramic was investigated by thermal analyserl X - ray diffrectometer, SEM and polarizing microscope. An instron electro - hydraulic servocontrolled testing machine was used to test its compressive strength and fie-cural strength at the same time. Results There were some leusite(KAlSi2O6 ) grain which had been seperated as enhancing particles in the glass matrix. Although dispersed unevenly andappeared a gathering tendency, it contacted with the material closely. The compressive strength of material was 420MPa,the flexcural strength was 102MPa. Conclusion An improvement of strength by means of modified heating conditionwould be necessary for the new glass ceramics despite its potential future.
