摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定尼美舒利片的含量，以安定为内标，甲醇－水（７０３０）为流动相，回收率为１００．１％，ＲＳＤ为１．１％，方法简便，结果准确。
A reversedphase HPLC determination of nimesulide in tablets was reported. The mobile phase was methanolwater (70∶30) with diazepam as internal standard. The average recovery was 100.1% with RSD 1.1%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
