摘要
县医院是全县医疗和业务技术指导中心，担负着较为繁重的医疗、保健和急救任务。目前，我国的县医院多已初具规模，技术水平、管理水平有了明显提高。在社会主义市场经济条件下，如何加强医疗质量管理，不断提高医院整体水平，是摆在县医院面前的一个重要课题。笔者根据县医院的工作特点和发展规律，提出了一套医疗质量的管理办法。
County hospital is the countys medical center for health care and professional training, carrying out rather heavy tasks for medical care and emergency services. At present, most of the county hospitals in our country have initially reached a fixed scale, their techniques and management having increased significantly. Under the circumstance of socialist market economy, how to enhance the medical quality management and therefore improve the whole hospitals management, has became a major issue for the county hospitals. Based on some particular features and regular patterns of the operation and development of county hospital, the authors propose a set of measures for the medical quality management in these hospitals.
