冠心病伴脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平及颈动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病伴脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和颈动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。方法:检测136例冠心病患者(冠心病伴脑梗死58例,单纯冠心病78例)及54例健康人(正常对照)的血清Hcy水平,彩色超声观测颈动脉粥样硬化情况。结果:与正常对照组及冠心病组相比,冠心病伴脑梗死组血清Hcy水平及颈内动脉粥样硬化发生率及硬化程度均升高(P<0.05);冠心病患者血清Hcy水平与颈动脉粥样硬化程度呈正相关(r=0.687,P<0.05).结论:血清Hcy水平、颈动脉粥样硬化是冠心病、脑梗死发生的独立危险因素。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum level of homocysteic acid (Hcy) and the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of coronary heart disease patients(58 with cerebral infarction and 78 without any complication) and 54 healthy controls were subjected to detect the serum level of Hcy,the incidence and degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis. Results: Compared with those of the healthy controls and the patients without cerebral infarction,the serum level of Hcy,the incidence of high serum Hcy, and the incidence and the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ). There was a relationship between the serum level of Hcy, and the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease patients(r =0.687 ,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The serum level of Hcy and carotid artery atherosclerosis were both risk factors for coronary heart disease cerebral and infarction patients.
