腘绳肌的解剖生理弱点及其损伤的运动干预 被引量:4

摘要 腘绳肌损伤是体育运动中常见的软组织损伤之一。损伤大都发生于跑动或冲刺疾跑摆动阶段晚期,肌肉由离心工作转为向心工作以降低伸膝速度之时。损伤原因复杂,且受其他因素影响较多,其中包括生物力学特征,肌力薄弱,肌力不平衡,柔韧性差,肌肉疲劳,有损伤史且恢复不充分等。本文从分析腘绳肌存在的解剖生理弱点出发,对其运动损伤机制等因素进行分析,并提出有效的运动防治方法以减少腘绳肌损伤的发生率。
