摘要
文中从深圳物流业发展的有利条件和物流技能型人才的短缺及人才培养的现状出发,说明目前在深圳物流专业职业教育所存在的师资问题、教材问题和学校教育问题,分析了在深圳市职业院校建设现代物流实训室的必要性,探讨了现代物流实训室建设的目标及其实现物流技能培养目标的途径,并对现代物流实训室的建设进行规划和设计。
The article begins with the development advantage of Shenzhen logistics industry and the shortage of the talented persons for logistics technology and the current situation for personnel training. It shows there exists many problems such as teachers, teaching material and school education about the vocational education for logistics major in Shenzhen city nowadays, and analyses the necessity for building the modern logistics training room in the occupational university and colleges. Furthermore it discusses the target of building the modern logistics training room and the approach to realize the training target of logistics technology, and then it plans and designs the modern logistics training room.
