摘要
取虎头兰(Cymbidium grandiflorun Griff)茎尖先接种于含一定激素浓度的White培养基上,后转至附加6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)的MS培养基上,外植体上长出原球茎。通过细胞组织学观察,发现原球茎的发生早期类似于胚状体途径,而在晚期又类似于不定芽途径。这是介于胚状体和不定芽之间的另一种形态发生途径。
This paper deals with morphogenesis of the protocorm in cultures of Cymbi-dium grandiflorum. The stem apices of Cymbidium grandiflorum were excised asexplant cultured on White basic medium supplemented with certain hormone.Transfer of explants to a MS medium containing BA allowed protocorm formation.By histological analysis of developmental events during the protocorm formation,it was found that the pathway of morphogenesis of protocorm was very special. Atearly stagee, the formation of protocorm was similar to that of embryoil.But inlater stages to that of the adventitious bud. The morphogenesis of protocorm inCymbidium grandiflorum was of another different type somewhere between that ofthe embryoid and adventitious bud.
