摘要
[目的]建立阴虚热盛型2型糖尿病的病症结合动物模型，探讨阴虚热盛型2型糖尿病动物模型的成模标准。[方法]模型组大鼠灌服中药干姜、附子，连续4周，然后用玉女煎对模型组大鼠进行反证。[结果]在高脂加链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病造模方法的基础上，再根据中医理论运用中药四气五味的药性来研制2型糖尿病的中医证候的动物模型是切实可行的。从而将阴虚热盛“证”动物模型与糖尿“病”动物模型结合起来，使糖尿病动物模型证候化，与中医临床辨证论治相一致，以便为广泛开展糖尿病的研究提供良好的动物模型。
[Objectives] To build the disease and syndrome combined animal model of Yin deficiency and Excessive heat in type - 2 diabetes mellitus, in order to explore the method and standard of Yin deficiency and Excessive heat animal model in type -2 diabetes mellitus. [ Methods ] built by traditional Chinese herb Gan Jiang and Fu Zi for four weeks, then treated by traditional Chinese medicine Yu Nv Jian. [ Results ] It is available to develop type -2 diabetes mellitus according to the Chinese medicines theory to use the medicine quality of four Qi and five Wei on the base of high fat diet and Stroptozotocin. Through this experiment, animal model of Yin deficiency and Excessive heat and diabetes mellitus are combined, so that the animal model of diabetes mellitus are combined with syndrome, it will provide good conditions to extensively study the diabetes mellitus.
