摘要
以水溶性酚醛树脂为交联固化剂,天然腐植酸为原料,合成出具有吸附性能的腐植酸树脂.研究了固化温度,固化方式,磺化腐植酸钠和酚醛树脂配比对吸附树脂性能的影响,试验结果表明:以HCl溶液为催化剂,酚醛树脂用量为磺化腐植酸钠的2倍,于300℃下固化,所得树脂对Cu2+的饱和吸附容量为15.04 mg/g.
The humic acid resins with adsorption characteristics are synthesized using crosslinking agent phenolic-formaldehyde resin and humic acids. Curing temperature, curing meaning, content of phenolic-formaldehyde resin are investigated. The results show that the capability of synthesized resin to Cu ( Ⅱ ) is 15.04 mg/g under optimal reaction conditions: hydrochloric acid catalyst, double content of phenolic-formaldehyde resin relativing to sodium humic acid, 300℃ curing temperature and 10 minute curing time.
