摘要
2009年中国资产评估协会的工作要点之一是推动准则实施到位,提升和推进机构和评估师执行准则的能力,保证执业质量稳中有升。为了更好地落实准则实施工作,及时了解和解决准则执行中遇到的问题,近期,中评协在全国10个省市开展了对《企业价值评估指导意见》、《机器设备评估准则》和《不动产评估准则》等三个准则实施情况的调研活动,现将各地发来的活动情况汇总摘编,以飨读者。
One of the priorities of CAS's work in 2009 is to push forward the full implementation of the Standards,to improve the executing capacity of the appraisal agencies and appraisers,as well as to ensure a steady improvement in the quality of practice.In order to better implement the Standards,and better understand and resolve the problems in the process of implementation,this issue also carries a summary of the survey research CAS recently conducted in 10 provinces and municipalities across the nation on the situation of implementing Enterprise Valuation Guidance,Machine Equipments Valuation Standards,and Real Property Valuation Standards.
