摘要 建立了分光光度法检测胭脂红酸的方法。结果表明,pH4.0浓度为1.0mol/L的磷酸钠缓冲液较适宜作胭脂红酸的溶解剂,胭脂红酸在1.25μg/mL~160μg/mL的浓度范围内的吸光度值线性相关系数达0.9997,方法回收率为104%~110%,平均相对标准偏差为0.78%~2.13%。 A method for determination of carminic acid by spectrophotometry was established. The results showed that the 1.0mol/L sodium phosphate buffer at pH 4.0 was appropriate to dissolve carminic acid. When the concentration of carminic acid ranged between 1.25 and 160μg/mL, the linearly dependent coefficient of absorbanee reached 0.9997.the recovery rate was 104%- 110%, and the average relative standard deviation was 0.78% - 2.13%.
