介绍了双缸洗衣机脱水桶盖板注射模实用结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作过程。模具三板式结构,1模1腔,热浇口浇注系统,拉杆定距分型,顶杆顶出塑件。模具结构紧凑、工作可靠,可实现全自动操作。
A practical dehydrating barrelhead injection mold structure was presented. The structure characteristics and operational priciple were recommended. There were three plates, one cavity, and hot gate on the mould. The plastic part was detruded by stripper plate after limit cavity parting. This mold was compact in structure and credible in operation. Commlete automatization was also achieved.
