摘要
胫骨髁部骨折65例,采用非手术保守方法治疗35例,采用手术方法治疗30例,分别为螺钉螺栓固定20例,螺钉螺栓植骨内固定7例,解剖板内固定同时修补交叉韧带损伤,切除半月板7例。经平均半年随访,优良率为81.2%。
The article reported the treatment of 65 cases with tihial pliateau fracture,65 cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated with non-operation mothod（groupA）and operation way（groupB）.Operation methods include used cannulated screws fixed the tibial piateau 20 cases.Used cannulated screws and autologous or other persons＇ bone graft steeated 7,and applied anatomtic plate to treattibial plateau fractures and subtotal or meniscectomy 7cases.The following-up was average 6 months,is shows that the kolmert is 81.2%.
