摘要
目的:探讨解剖钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果、适应证、存在的问题及对策。方法:分析行解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折56例,男24例,女32例;年龄50～92岁,平均76.2岁。结果:术中出现拉力螺钉松动2例,内后侧骨皮质缺损14例,53例恢复正常行走,髋内翻1例,股骨头坏死2例,术后优良率95.3%。结论:重视手术适应证的选择,术中加强手术技巧,注重小粗隆的复位,
Objective：To discuss the clinical effect indication existing problems and countermeasures of Anatomical plate for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Method： Analyzing 56 cases of Anatomy plate line treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, including 24- males and 32 females who are fifty-to-ninety two-year olds, seventy six point two on average.Result： There are 2 cases of Lag screw loose during the operation, 14 cases of Posterior cortical defect in, 53 cases of walking normally .after the operation, 1 case of Hip varus,2 cases of Osteonecrosis of the temoral head. The success rate in the operation is 95.5%.Conelusion： We should not only pay more attention to the choice of Indications for surgery, but also strengthen the operation skills, and lay particular stress on the Small reduction of the t.uberosity meanwhile.
