摘要
以成年健康家兔为实验对象 ,通过淋巴细胞转化试验 (L TT) ,二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)和植物血凝素 (PHA)皮肤试验 ,以及抗疲劳和抗缺氧试验等 ,观察放血后对其细胞免疫功能和抗应激能力的影响。实验结果证明 ,超量放血 (每千克体重 6～ 8ml)能提高家兔细胞免疫功能并增强其抗应激能力 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1 )。
Effects of blood- letting on cellular immune function and anti- stress capability were observed by means of lymphocyte transformation test,dinitrochlorobenzene and phytohemagglutinin skin test,and anti- fatigue and anti- hypoxia testin healthy rabbits.Results show that excess blood- letting( 6- 8ml/ kg body weight) can raise cellular immune function and strengthen anti- stress ca- pability( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1) in rabbits.
