摘要
ＣＡＳＥ按４．０ｇ／ｋｇ，８．０ｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠灌胃给药，每天１次，连续７ｄ，可明显延长正常小鼠及“肾阳虚”小鼠的游泳时间，亦能增加小鼠免疫器官重量，提高网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。若连续灌胃２８ｄ，可使亚急性衰老小鼠血中过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量及心肌脂褐质含量明显降低，并明显提高皮肤羟脯氨酸含量。提示ＣＡＳＥ具有抗衰老作用。
おntiaging actions of Compound Acanthopanax Senticosus Extracts(CASE) were studied and the results indicated that CASE(4.0 and 8.0 g/kg,ig×7d)might prolong sinificantly swiming time in normal and renal deficiency mice and also increase the weight of immune organs and enhance the phagocytosis of reticuloendothelal system in normal mice.In addition,CASE(8.0 g/kg,ig×28d)might decrease serum lipoperoxides and myocardial lipofuscin contents and raise skin hydroxyproline content in subacute aging model mice.It is suggested that CASE have antiaging action.
