摘要
以健康老年人３０例，单纯高血压病（ＥＨ）患者２０例，高血压伴左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）患者１５例为研究对象，并给予高血压患者依那普利治疗８ｗ，检测其治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、心房肽（ＡＮＰ）水平。结果表明，高血压病患者血浆中ＥＴ、ＡＮＰ明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＬＶＨ组ＥＴ水平高于ＥＨ组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡＮＰ水平两组间无明显差异。依那普利治疗后，高血压患者血浆ＥＴ水平及血压明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡＮＰ水平无明显变化。提示ＥＴ可能参与高血压和高血压性左室肥厚的发生。
This article studies the changes of the plasma endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in 30 cases aged healthy patients.20 cases with essential hypertersion (EH) and 15 cases with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and determine the changes of ET and ANP after administrating Enalapril about 8 weeks accompanying with the decreasing of the blood pressure.Results:The level of ET and ANP in EH group were markedly higher than the normal group(P<0 01).Standard of ET in LVH group is significantly higher than EH group and level of ANP has no difference in the two groups,after administrating Enalapril,level of ET was decreased markedly(P<0 01),and ANP has no changes.
