摘要
社会体育公平就是国家对社会体育资源进行配置时所依据的合理性的规范、原则。从社会体育公平本质而言是为了实现社会体育利益分配的公平。社会体育利益的分配直接表现为个人身心的发展权利、机会、条件的分配以及发展水平。认为社会体育公平是社会体育政策的基本出发点,二者联系紧密。人们加深对这一问题的认识,有利于社会体育公平、公正的发展。
The fairness of social sport is the rational norms and principles based on by the state when it allocates social sports resources. Essentially the fairness of social sport is to realize the fairness of the allocation of social sports interests. The allocation of social sports interests directly embodies individual＇s right to physical and mental development, the allocation of opportunities and conditions for development, as well as levels of development. The authors considered that the fairness of social sport is the fundamental purpose of policies, both of which are closely related. Deepening the recognition of such an issue by people is conducive to the fair and equitable development of social sport.
