摘要
1997年10月至1998年2月,在155名健康成人中,进行了Verorabe疫苗及国产人用浓缩狂犬疫苗,皮内两点法(0.1ml)及肌肉注射法(2ml)免疫效果比较,通过萤光抗体检测,发现抗体阳转率几乎相同。到第30天均达100％,X_2值均小于0.05,p>0.05.因此,使用Verorabe疫苗(细胞培养疫苗),皮内两点法(ID)可以达到疫苗用量少,接种次数少,使用安全及经济等目的。符合90年代WHO推荐方法。
Used verorab vaccine and concentrated home vaccine,injected ID or IM,compared their Ab raising,total 155 healthy persons were investigated from 1997-10 to 1998-2. So,used cell cultured rabie vaccine by ID is The best method in Rabie immunization,parrot WHO recom-madation in 1990,That is say,short immune effect,saftey and economic.
