摘要
应用高分辨率的蛋白质双向凝胶电泳技术,分析了三个太谷核不育小麦的高代回交材料及其相应父本的单粒种子蛋白。在三个核不育材料的电泳图谱中,发现有一部分种子在pH偏中性和分子量为73~75kD的区域,均较其父本多一个蛋白质斑点。该斑点被确证为高分子量的谷蛋白,是与太谷核不育基因Tal紧密连锁的基因产物,可作为不育基因在种子阶段的标记性状。
Single seed proteins of the high generation backcross of three Taigu malesterile wheats and their male parents were analysed using high resolution two di-mensional gel electrophoresis. In some seeds of these male sterile wheats are foundone more protein than their male parents of molecular weight about 73~75 kD anda neutral pH range. They proved to be high molecular weight glutenins. It isproposed that they are the product of the gene closely linked with the Tal gene ofmale sterile wheat.
