摘要
目的探讨护理干预对骨科术后深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis，DVT）危险因素的影响。方法回顾分析我科2004～2008年收治的46例骨科术后发生DVT患者进行分析。结果经一系列规范的护理干预及临床治疗，有41例经1个疗程达到临床治愈，无发生肺栓塞现象。结论深静脉血栓形成因素复杂，早期预防干预、尽早发现、及时治疗是整个治疗过程中关键。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on orthopedic postoperative deep venous thrombosis （ deep venous thrombosis, DVT） risk factors. Methods Retrospective analysis of our department from 2004 to 2008 treated 46 cases of postoperative orthopedic patients with DVT were analyzed. Results After a series of standardized nursing intervention and clinical treatment ,41 patients with a course of treatment to achieve clinical cure, no occurrence of the phenomenon of pulmonary embolism. Conclusion The deep vein thrombosis complicated factors, early prevention interventions, early detection, prompt treatment are key to the whole course of treatment.
