摘要
混成综合法是在子结构的界面上施加约束集,以去除在系统被分割为部件时可能出现的自由-自由子结构,及两个以上部件所公有的超界面自由度。每个约束子结构的运动,由保留的自由界面主模态和剩余惯性释放附着模态表出。由此所确定的约束模态,是用来消去最初所施加的那些约束,简化了剩余惯性释放附着模态的计算和完整系统的装配。本方法虽不如单纯使用自由或固定界面法那样简便,但克服了后两种方法的其他弊端,获得了很好的结果且具有更高的计算效率。
Imposing a constraint set on the interfaces of substructures, the hybridsynthesis technique introduced in this paper removes the possible free-freesubstructures that may result from partitioning a system into componentsand gets rid of super-interface degrees of freedom shared by more than two subst-ructures. The motion of each constrained substructure is represented by the free-interface normal modes that is kept and by the residual inertia relief attachment mo-des. The constraint modes defined on the above constraint set are then used toeliminate these constraints imposed originally. Consequently it is easy to computethe residual inertia relief attachment modes and assemble a system. The above substructure mode synthesis technique is not as straightforwad as thefixed-interface method and the free-interface method. However, since it overcomestheir drawbacks, the method produces very good results and has a higher computingefficiency.
