摘要
免疫胶体金技术以其快速、准确、简捷的特点,受到国内外科研工作者及基层工作人员的普遍关注。笔者从耗材的选择、胶体金的制备及标记、膜包被条件、缓冲液和产品保存及验证等方面分析免疫胶体金技术的影响因素,为制备胶体金检测产品提供理论依据和技术参考。
Immune colloidal gold technique has been received universal attention by the domestic and foreign researchers for its fast, aecurate and simple characteristic. The main affect factors of the technique were analysised in this research, the materials and the methods for preparing and labelling the colloidal gold, coating the nitrocellulose filter, the preservation and stability detection for the end item. It is expected to provide the theory basis and the technology reference for preparing the production of the colloidal gold detection.
