摘要
区域内医疗资源共享,使医疗资源的利用最大化、资源配置合理化,是降低医疗成本的有效途径。本系统以医疗机构信息化为依托,对医院之间协同检验工作流程、医疗专业配送和服务预约及资源调度模式等展开研究,探索信息化条件下的区域协同医疗服务模式,详细说明了代理检验中医疗标准的应用。本系统符合国家对社区医疗的政策性支持,为区域协同医疗提出了一个可行的设计方案,可供类似业务参考。
Designs and develops a proxy laboratory system in regional medical cooperation. And discusses the key technologies and medical standards in detail, such as web service and HL7. It can be used as a feasible blue print for other concurrent medical business.
