摘要
综合考虑城市的经济、社会和环境三个方面因素设计城市建设投资规模预警系统技术路线,并确定系统警兆指标及权重。根据所建立的预警系统,对南京市城市建设投资情况进行诊断,并对未来南京市城市建设投资规模发展变化状况做出了警情预测。文章目的在于建立城市建设投资规模预警系统框架,为合理的城市建设投资规模提供指导。
Take three subsystems of economy, society and environment in to account, the article designed project route of early warning system for city construction investment scale, early warning indexes and the its weights. According to the early warning system, the article diagnosed the city construction investment condition of Nanjing and made warning forecast for the future changes of investment. The purpose of this article lies in trying to structure the frame of early warning system for city construc- tion investment scale, thus offering guidance for reasonable city construction investment scale.
