摘要
研究目的:随着铁路客运专线的建设发展,无砟轨道铺设里程不断增加。随着运量的增长和运营年限的延长,隧道内整体道床的病害相继产生并发展,严重影响行车安全,尤其是60~70年代早期修建的隧道,如今隧道内整体道床的破裂已成为一种常见病害。分析其产生的原因,总结切实可行的、科学的整治措施已成为隧道内线路养护维护的重要课题。研究结论:隧道内整体道床裂损的发生具有隐蔽性、发展急剧性及连续性的特点。其产生的原因主要有地下水的溶蚀、浸蚀作用及结构、工程施工、养护维护等方面的缺陷和不足。其整治原则及措施主要有疏导地下水、局部调整线路坡度、压浆填塞及翻修等。实践证明,这些整治措施都收到了较好的效果。
Research purposes: With continuous construction of passenger dedicated line, the batlasuess track necomcs more and more. However, with the increase of the traffic volume and service life, the roadbed default often occurs in tunnel, which disturbs the traffic safety. Especially the fracture of monolithic concrete bed in the tunnel built in 1960s or 1970s becomes common default. This paper analyzes the causes for the fracture and puts forward the treating measures for the fracture.
Research conclusions: The fracture of monolithic concrete bed in tunnel has the characteristics of concealment, sudden occurrence and continuity. The causes for the fracture are the dissolution and corruption of underground water, defaults of construction and maintenance and shortage of maintenance. The measures of dredging underground water, adjusting the track gradient partly and mud jacking can be taken for the fracture. The practices show the perfect result has been got by taking these measures.
