摘要
根据当前路桥工程施工投标工作的实际,着重围绕提高路桥工程施工投标报价水平,探讨如何提高中标率和经济效益。对投标报价中的主要环节,即投标项目的选择、投标班子的配备、编制方案和成本预算、报价策略的合理制定的操作思路与策略进行了分析,以期对同业有所帮益。
Based on the actuality of current road & bridge project bid works, centered on improving bid quotation level of it, discusses how to raise bid winning rate and economic effect.Analyzes the operating thoughts and strategies in the key links, including the selection of bid project, arrangement of bid team, compiling of construction scheme and cost budget, rational establishment of quotation strategy, with a hope of offering helps to brotherhood.
