摘要
本文在学习消化美国 NOLAN 模型的基础上,结合我国的实践,提出了适合我国国情的信息系统发展阶段论模型(IST 模型),目的在于正确地制定系统开发策略。
In this paper,we propose an information system development stages theory(IST)in conformity with the native conditions,which is derived from Nolan model and reference to the practical experience of ourselves.We as- sume it can help to draw up a system dsvelopment strategs correctly.
