摘要
目的总结和分析胸心血管手术后反应性精神病的临床、预防和治疗。方法回顾分析23例胸心血管手术后反应性精神病患者的诊断和治疗资料。结果23例病人经心理和药物治疗均治愈,无复发。结论改善环境和应用心理及药物治疗对胸心血管手术后反应性精神病预后良好。
Objective To analyse the prevention and treatment of reactional psychosis after thoracic and cardiovascular operation.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of reactional psychosis after throcic and cardiovascular operation were analysed retrospectively.Results Twenty-there cases were cured without recurrence.Conclusion To improve environment in the ward,medication and psychological treatment are effective methods of reactional psychosis after thoracic and cardiovascular operation with eusemia.
