研制阶段装备保障方案的专家评分评价法 被引量:6

Expert Evaluation Method for Equipment Support Scheme During Development

摘要 针对以往研究对保障系统方案评价的缺陷,提炼保障系统及时性、有效性、部署性、通用性、经济性和可用性的6个系统特性,通过专家对该6个特性的设计项目评分来评价保障方案,得到保障方案综合得分的方法。在研制阶段采用专家评分法评价不具备或缺乏量化信息描述的保障方案,可在设计早期就确定最优方案,并在研制过程中细化,提高设计效率,同时节约时间和费用。 According to disadvantages of support system's former evaluation schemes, researched the support system's characteristics including timeliness, effectiveness, deployment, generality, economy and availability. Through expert assessment for the 6 characteristics' design programs, the evaluation support scheme can be achieved, and the method for the scheme's aggregate score can be got. However, the support scheme lacks quantitative information during development, and we can select the optimal scheme during early design, and refines the scheme during development, so that to improve the design efficiency and save time and cost.
