摘要
以加工中心高速主轴系统结构设计和性能分析为重点,应用优化设计原理,开发了基于仿真技术的高速主轴系统设计分析软件系统,给出了部分运行实例。经过某大型机床企业的实际应用,验证了系统原理及实现技术的可行性和实用性,且能提高产品的设计质量和设计效率。
Emphasizing on structure design and performance of high-speed spindle system of NC machining center with optimal design theory, analyzing software system of high-speed MC spindle system based on simulation technology was developed, part one large-scale enterprise of machine of running cases was given. Through the practical application in tool, the feasibility and practicability of proposed system principles and implementation techniques was indicated, and the better design quality and higher efficiencywas showed.
