摘要
本文报道1994年4月29日，因一旅客携带火药上车，不慎着火烧伤36例。在整个抢救过程中，组织指挥有力，抢救治疗措施得当，使病人顺利渡过休克期。对所有病人的烧伤创面始终采用湿润暴露疗法，方法简便，效果显著。
This paper reports the experience with MEBT in treating 36 cases of severe burndue to gun powder explosion. All the patients were treated with MEBT and tided over the shockstage smoothly. The results were very satisfactory.
