摘要
通过MEBT对568例病人的治疗，进行系统总结，结果显示它明显优于以往传统的疗法。二者的根本区别在于对烧伤创面的处理和是否遵循组织损伤后的修复机制。MEBT的应用须掌握全如下原则：①创面混合渗出物的处理应彻底、干净、及时，但无痛无出血、无组织再损伤；②MEBO是该法的本质体现，科学地用药是治疗成败的关键；③其他药物的应用如适当地给予抗生素和营养支持，与该法并不矛盾，而是辨证的统一，有机的结合。
568 cases of burn were treated with MEBT. MEBT is superior to conventiona1therpay. It is in compliance with the law of the repair of burn wound.In applying MEBT,the following points should be followed: 1,Thorough and timely cleaningof the wound to remove exudate,pay attention to the protection of the wounds without causingpains, bleedings or re-injury. 2,Rational application of MEBO. 3, Use of other medicaments suchas antibiotics,etc as well as nutrition support may result in better efficacy.
