摘要
针对我国图书阅读率低的原因进行分析,提出如何为提升国民阅读能力的措施,以及图书馆在全民阅读中的责任。
The paper looks into the situation that the lower reading rate by the people continues in our country, and then puts forward some suggestions to improve their reading ability. Finally, it points out the library＇s responsibility for people＇s reading.
