摘要
从上世纪90年代开始,医疗责任保险作为转嫁医疗风险的必要手段之一,逐步在我国各地试行,在构建和谐医患关系进程中发挥了一定的作用。然而,调研结果显示,推行结果却不甚乐观。从我国医疗责任保险推广现状入手,全面分析其原因,并尝试提出相应的对策尤为必要。
From the beginning of the 1990s, medical liability insurance as one of the necessary means to pass on medical risk, is put into trial practice, step by step in various parts of China. In the process of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, it plays a certain role. However, research shows that the result is not very optimistic. From the popularizing of the medical liability insurance in our country, the present paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the reasons, and tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
