急性冠脉综合征患者血清缺血修饰清蛋白水平与冠脉造影结果对比分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the relationship between the serum level of ischemia-modified albumin and coronary angiography results in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者血清缺血修饰清蛋白(ischemia-modified albumin,IMA)水平与冠脉病变所引起的心肌缺血之间的关系。方法:入选196例急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者,检测其血清IMA水平,同时行冠脉造影检查并分析结果。选取40例健康体检者,检测其IMA水平作对照。结果:196例患者中,无冠脉狭窄或冠脉狭窄<50%者38例。冠脉狭窄>50%者158例,其血清IMA水平显著高于健康体检组(P<0.05),冠脉狭窄>50%患者冠脉造影结果显示,随着病变程度的加重,IMA水平增加。结论:IMA水平升高与冠状动脉病变所引起的心肌缺血有较高的一致性。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between ischemia-modified albumin (IMA)levels and myocardial ischemia caused by coronary pathological changes. Methods: 196 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS)were selected to test IMA level in serum. Meanwhile, a coronary angiography was done and the results were analyzed. Then 40 healthy people were selected to test the IMA level to serve as control. Results: 38 patients were either no coronary stenosis or coronary stenosis less than 50% in 196 patients. The other 158 patients had coronary stenosis and their IMA levels were obviously increased than healthy people (P〈0.05) The coronary angiography test results of patients with more than 50% coronary stenosis showed that the more IMA level were rising, the worse the degree of pathological changes. Conclusion: There is a superior consistency between the increase of IMA level and myocardial ischemia caused by coronary pathological changes.
