摘要
为了节约煤气并提高钢包烘烤温度,从而进一步降低出钢温度,达到降低炼钢系统成本和环保的目的,采用了蓄热烧嘴式钢包烘烤系统,并取得了极大的成功。项目实施后,烘包系统降低煤气消耗40%以上,年创效益350万元以上,同时大大减少了环境污染。
In order to increase the baking temperature of ladle on-line, reduce cost and protect environwent, the regenerative ladle baking system was developed successfully. After application, gas consumption is reduced 40%. The benefit can reach 3. 5 million yuan or so and the pollution is reduced too.
