摘要
模拟了高炉中不同FeO含量的炉渣对焦炭侵蚀作用的影响。结果表明:随着炉渣中FeO含量的增加,焦炭气孔壁的破坏逐渐加剧,焦炭的微观结构受到破坏。利用SEM扫描及能谱分析可知,铁元素已侵蚀到焦炭内部,因此炉渣中FeO含量的变化对焦炭的侵蚀影响不可忽视。
The influence of coke erosion slag with different FeO content was simulated. The result shows that the microstructure of the coke and coke pore walls are gradually destroyed with the increase of FeO content. With SEM scanning and spectrum analysis, iron erodes into coke, so the influence of coke erosion slag with different FeO content can not be ignored.
