摘要
概述了贺州市八步区农民科技培训的现状和存在问题,认为农民整体素质不高、受训农民老龄化、农民对科技培训认识不足、培训经费短缺以及科技培训机制不完善是制约八步区农民科技培训的主要因素,最后提出建立完善的农民科技培训体系,建立健全农民科技培训制度,加大经费投入,强化农民科技培训宣传以及实现科技培训与新农村建设的有机结合等6项推进农民科技培训的对策。
The current situation and existing problems on scientific and technological training of farmers in Babu District of Hezhou City were summarized in this paper. It is thought that the main factors which restrict the training of farmers in Babu District were as follows： the whole quality of farmers is not high and the age of the training farmers tends to be ag- ing, the farmers are lacking sufficient understanding of scientific and technological training, the training funds are in shortage, and the mechanism of training is imperfect. Therefore, it is suggested that the perfect scientific and technological training system of farmers should be established, the investment of training funds and the propaganda of scientific and technological training of farmers should be strengthened, and the scientific and technological training of farmers should be combined with the new rural construction, etc. These strategies could push the scientific and technological training of farmers.
