摘要
对近几年广西茶叶产业的种植概况、产品布局、加工技术水平以及遭遇的困境进行总体评估,认为目前广西茶叶产业发展主要面临市场开发跟不上产业发展步伐,品牌产品建设滞后,尚未形成品牌茶叶的规模生产能力以及尚未建立起自有良种推广体系等问题,最后提出做大做强广西早春茶,写好广西茶园生态文章,突出广西茶叶特色,打造广西特色品牌产品等4条加快广西茶叶产业发展的思路。
The planting situation, distribution of products, level of processing technology and difficulties of tea industry in Guangxi in recent years were evaluated in the paper. It is thought that there existed a series problems in the developmerit of tea industry in Guangxi, for example, the market expanding is slower than the industry development, the establishment of brand product is lagging behind, the scale production capacity of brand product has not been formed, and the extension system of improved variety has not been set up, and so on. It is put forward that the ideas on accelerating the development of tea industry in Guangxi were as follows: the tea growing in early spring should be strongly strengthened, the development of ecological tea gardens should be well planned, the unique feature of tea should be emphasized, and the specific brand products of tea should be built up, etc.
