摘要
为了筛选防治柑桔木虱成虫的有效药剂,试验采用一种新的方法,即将木虱饲养在九里香上,并用40目纱网套袋封口,然后进行9种农药防治柑桔木虱成虫药效试验。结果表明,48%毒死蜱EC 480mg/L、10%吡虫啉WP100mg/L、25%吡虫啉WP 250mg/L、20%甲氰菊酯EC 200mg/L、20%哒虱威EC 200mg/L、20%丁硫克百威EC 200mg/L、2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EC 25mg/L、药后24h对柑桔木虱成虫的防治效果达97.1%～100.0%,生产上可单独使用;而采用20%异丙威EC+25%吡虫啉WP 450mg/L药后24h对柑桔木虱成虫的防治效果比单独使用的效果好,防效达到100.0%,表明杀虫剂合理混用可提高对柑桔木虱成虫的防治效果。
In order to screen the effective insecticides on controlling the adults of citrus psyUid, the adult psyllids were raised on Murraya paniculata and bagged with plastic netting bags of 40 mesh, and nine insecticides were sprayed individually or in combination. The results showed that the control efficacy of 48% chlorpyrifos EC 480 mg/L, 10% imidacloprid WP 100 mg/L, 25% imidacloprid WP 250 mg/L, 20% fenpropathrin EC 200 rag/L, 20% imidacloprid plus isoprocarb EC 200 mg/L, 20% carbosulfan EC 200 mg/L, and 2.5% cyhalothrin EC 25 mg/L was from 97.1% to 100% in 24 hours after sprayed on citrus psyllid, respectively, and they could be used singly in production. The control efficacy of the mixture of 20% isoprocarb EC and 25% imidacloprid WP 480 mg/L was 100.0% in 24 hours after sprayed and better than that of single use, which indicated that reasonable mixed-use of insecticides could improve the control efficacy on citrus psyllid.
