某热电厂抽汽凝汽式汽轮机组热力系统改造经济性分析 被引量:1

摘要 某热电厂有中温中压背压式和抽汽凝汽式机组,由于背压式机组的排汽压力较低,不能满足热用户需求,因此长期停运。冬季高负荷期间,外供抽汽流量及厂自用汽流量均较大,将抽凝式机组回热系统中高压加热器、除氧器用汽及厂自用汽改由背压式机组提供。对改造前后的机组热力系统进行热力计算,结果表明这种改造是可行的,可为热电厂技术改造提供依据。 A thermal power plant has some back pressure steam turbines and extracting and condensing steam turbines of medium temperature and medium pressure. Because of low back pressure, back pressure steam turbines can not satisfy the need of heat consumer and have shut down for a long time. In the winter,external and house-service steam supply is very large at high load. To realize normal operation, back pressure steam turbines can provide high pressure heater and deaerator in regenerative system of extracting and condensing steam turbines and house- service steam supply with steam. This paper presents a thermodynamic calculation for thermodynamic system retrofit and analysis of both economy and feasibility. It supplies the basis for thermal power plant technological improvoment
