摘要
针对国华绥中电厂800MW机组锅炉空气预热器(空预器)漏风率高达30%的现状,进行了密封结构的改造。对单密封、双密封和柔性接触式密封3种方案分析比较后,认为柔性接触式密封可弥补转子的变形缺陷,对转子驱动系统和转子结构受力影响很小,且改造工作量小,检修工艺简单,效果好。改造实施后,空预器的漏风率降至10%以下,明显提高了锅炉效率,在安全性和经济性方面都取得了预期效果。
This paper introduces the seal retrofitting of air preheater PBII- 13.8 of the 800 MW boiler of the Guohua Suizhong Electric Power Plant. According to the structure of this preheater, the author analyzes the reasons of the air leakage, contrasts the reconstruction projects and analyzes the holistic flexible contactile of seal retrofits. After the retrofit, the tests of the preheater air leakage condition have been taken under several working circumstances, and expected effects have been achieved. The air leakage rate has decreased to less than 10%. At the same time,economic evaluation has been made for this retrofit.
