摘要
多阶防磨装置是一种新型CFB锅炉炉内水冷壁防磨技术,它是通过降低水冷壁贴壁灰流速度,从根本上消除或缓解水冷壁的磨损。在对多阶防磨装置防磨原理和防磨效果进行理论分析的基础上,对安装该防磨装置后对炉内传热的影响程度进行了分析计算。实际应用结果表明,安装防磨装置后,锅炉水冷壁传热系数基本没有变化,炉膛密相区平均温度升高17.1℃,不会对锅炉炉内燃烧、传热等产生实质性的影响,防磨效果显著。
The installation of anti- abrasion platforms is a new antiabrasion technology used in the furnace of CFB boilers, which can thoroughly eliminate or alleviate abrasion on the water- wall through decreasing the ash flow velocity closing to the water -wall. On the basis of theoritical analysis carried out for this installation of antiabrasion platforms, and based on modelling calculation, the degree of affecting heat transfer in the furnace after using said installation has been analysed and calculated. Results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the water- wall basically hasn't changed after using said installation, the average temperature in densephase region has risen 17.1 ℃ can't produce essential influence upon combustion and heat transfer etc. in the furnace of boiler, but having remarkable effect on anti-abrasion.
