摘要
印尼煤属于高挥发分、低灰分、低灰熔点、高水分、中高硫分的烟煤,具有极强的爆炸性。国华粤电台山发电公司(台山电厂)通过一年的燃用试验研究及对燃烧系统的调整试验发现,送风量控制在100~110t/h范围内,挡板开度为50%,磨煤机出口风温控制在60~65℃左右可保证制粉系统安全运行。
Indonesia coal is a kind of highly explosive bituminous coal characterized by high volatility, low ash fusion point,high moisture,medium and high sulfur content. Guohua Yuedian Taishan Power Generation Co. (Taishan Power Plant) conducted a one-year combustion test and made combustion adjustment test for Indonesia coal in 2007. The results showed that safety operation of pulverizing system can be ensured with supply air rate controlled at 100-110 t/h,haffle opening 50% ,air temperature at mill outlet 60-65 ℃ ,realizing Indonesia coal blending.
