摘要
介绍了邹县发电厂2台超超临界1000MW机组直流锅炉调试特点和运行情况,并对调试过程中存在的油枪冒黑烟,煤粉中含有大颗粒,一次风管积粉等问题进行了分析,提出了解决办法并予以实施。机组投产后,运行稳定,可靠性高,调峰能力强,2台锅炉效率分别达到94.43%和94.83%,高于合同保证值93.8%。
Commissioning process and operational performance of 1 000 MW ultra- supercritical Boilers of Zouxian Power Plant is introduced in detail. Problems in the process are analysed and the solutions are put forward. The experience may serve as a reference for commissioning boilers of the same type.
