排粉机内部气固两相流动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用通用计算流体力学软件Fluent对某9-26型排粉机内部气固两相流在出口风速不均匀条件下进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明,排粉机出口固相浓度的不均匀性与相同条件下实际测量结果基本一致;排粉机本身的离心力以及蜗壳内气流的夹带导致固体颗粒向排粉机蜗壳的外侧面、后侧面聚集,该现象可以用于改善排粉机出口的颗粒分离。 The particlegas two -phase flow in the high- pressure centrifugal blower of 9 -26 type was simulated three dimensionally with computational fluid dynamics Fluent at the condition of non - uni- form air speed on the outlet of the fan. The result of the simulation showed the inhomogeneity of particle concentration at outlet of the exhauster, which agrees well with the measurement results at the same condition. Particles enrichment near the outside and rear side of the volute casing is caused by the centrifugal force and the flow entrainment according to the simulation prediction. This phenomenon could he used to improve the particles separation at the outlet of fan.
